Auditions begin at 10:00am for youth ages 6-16. Auditions for ages 16+ begin at 1:00pm.

You do not need to prepare anything for auditions. We will teach you about 32 bars of music based on your character interest at auditions and then ask you to read from sides. There will be Call Backs following auditions. You will be contacted via email for callbacks and casting.

Burlesque dancers and cabaret singers gather together for a ONE NIGHT ONLY performance in honor of the rich history burlesque has played at Muncie Civic's Mainstage Theatre. From the theater's inception over 110 years ago, the voices and removed clothing items from burlesque vaudeville has filled the playhouse! Originally opened as the Star Vaudeville Theatre (where Muncie Civic Theatre currently resides), we now pay homage to that tradition by presenting the Star Follies Cabaret. Join us in reawakening the old spirits of the Star Theatre and enjoy some spirits of your own!
