Based on Goethe's The Sorrows of Young Werther and composed by Jules Massenet,Werther is the tragic story of a man hopelessly in love with another man's wife. This four act opera features the 2013 Metropolitan Opera Audition winner and Ball State Alumnus, Michael Brandenburg in the title role. The opera will be sung in French, with projected English supertitles. This is the second and final performance.

Recorded in 1967 and never performed since, this will be a must see for 2014. Fifty years after the death of John F. Kennedy, this hour long set of songs and speeches still maintains relevant today. The work features a full jazz ensemble and scaled down orchestra.

The showcase will feature live digital performances, oculus rift, video art, Dance Dance Revolution, virtual reality, digital music, and Kinect.
There will be a live performance at 6 p.m. and the lab will be open until 8 p.m.
