An outdoor concert for the whole family to enjoy! Come celebrate a Muncie "town and gown" musical experience with the MSO and the "Pride of Mid-America" Marching Band. It's one last summer celebration before winding down for the school year.

The Ball State University Master’s Scramble, a two-to-four-person tournament that benefits BSU Sport Administration Graduate Program, is scheduled for April 18,2015, at The Albany Golf Club.

The scramble begins with registration at 1:00 p.m., followed by a shotgun start at 2 p.m. An awards program immediately follows the completion of the tournament at approximately 6 p.m.

Tournament registration is $50 per golfer, and includes 18 holes of golf with a cart and lunch. On-course games, contests, and refreshments will also be available. Furthermore, participants may opt in to one of several sponsorship packages, ranging in price from $100 to $300. The Albany Golf Club has been voted "The Area's Finest" for the Muncie, Indiana area in 2005, 2006 and 2007. It has beautiful greens and bent grass fairways. The course winds over and around in a way that will please and challenge every level of golfer.

Back to the Future: A Mid-Century Modern Home Tour features five private mid-century standouts in Muncie.

Each house features "can't miss" details. New this year, Indiana Automotive -- another Indiana Landmarks' affinity group -- will place an automobile of about the same vintage at each house.

This year's tour headquarters and day-of-tour ticket sales will be at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2801 West Riverside Avenue in Muncie.

Tickets: Tour tickets are $15/person in advance, $20/person day of tour.

May 30th - Wizard of Oz

Follow the Yellowbrick road to the DWNTWN land of OZ! Come dressed as your favorite Oz Character, Meet Muncie Civic Theatre cast from the upcoming production of the Wizard of Oz, The Characters of the Spirit of Oz, enjoy live stage performances, Auntie Em’s Kansas petting zoo, Toto look-a-like contest and kids Karaoke beginning 7pm. The Wizard himself will be on hand with his real life hot air balloon!  Please check the website for karaoke sign up and song selection availability. We will be limited to the first 20 applicants.

June 27th - Muppets Most Wanted

Come dressed as your favorite Community Helper!  Fireman, Policeman and K9, EMTs, Muncie Sanitary District, and many more will be onsite with vehicles and equipment to explore. Meet the Mayor! It takes so many kinds of helpers to make a community work: Chiropractors, Artists, Dog Groomers, Trolley drivers, military personnel, doctors, nurses, plumbers, librarian, arborists, lifeguards, heavy equipment operators, farmers, psychiatrists, dentists, chefs, and electricians. Meet them all!   Kasey the Firedog, The Muncie Animal Shelter volunteers with pups to pet, rain barrel and recycling demo, activities and idea for how you can be a community helper too! 

On August 15th 2015 Thirty area churches have combined talent to present a day of Celebration of Jesus.  This event is free to the public.  There will be differnt types of musice with Bands, Community Choir, Speakers.  There will be Food Vendors and a Childrens area.  This is an all around great time, fun for everyone.  Please come and join us as we celebrate Jesus at ChristFest Muncie 2015

It’s all about Wheels and thing that move!  Bumper Cars, Trikes, Big Trucks, big wheel races, tire obstacle course, ABATE Motorcycle Show and Tiny Tot training course, stunt bike and skateboard expo, remote control planes and more!
